McNulty is a local artist from Westminster. She has been an artist since she was 4 and has always done art in bright colors. Her most recent series of Psycho-dogs and other animals and scenes in psychedelic colors have attracted international attention. She has an MS from The Johns Hopkins Univ. and an MLS from Univ. of OK. Her artwork is in corporate collections. She takes commissions, is owner of Gizmos Art in Westminster, is an appraiser and writes the art articles for the Carroll County Times.
